How To

We all know the winter season is ending, and soon to follow is Starbucks’ winter menu. I personally love cold season drinks all year long, and the non-dairy oat milk chais are a new favorite of mine! I knew that I needed to figure out a way to scratch this itch before I was left stranded, and after some experimenting, I do believe I’ve hit the spot with this concoction. This isn’t one of those ‘let me tell you my life story’ recipe blogs; I’ll get right to it, here’s the secret:

  • Pour a serving of chai extract and an equal amount of oat barista into a glass. (I like lighter drinks and opt for a little less chai extract)

  • Put 1 pump of Gingerbread syrup into the glass and stir generously with a spoon

  • Fill glass with ice, leaving room near the top for foam

  • Pour a small layer of Ripple’s Half & Half into a separate cup or container (make sure it’s deep enough to prevent splashing)

  • Put 1 pump of Gingerbread syrup into the half & half

  • Using the frother, froth generously until you get nothing but a nice, fluffy, foam in the cup

  • Pour your foam onto your drink

  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top

  • Enjoy!

I hope this helps make your mornings magical all year long.

Leave a comment letting me know how your drink turned out!

Bye Bye for now 🩷
